In a letter dated October 26, 2020, The board for the Chapel Trail Owners Association notified residents of Chapel Trail that the management company has been changed from Grand Manors to Pointe Management Group, Inc. I’ve included the letter here. As of today, there have been no updates to the ChapelTrail.com web site.
Chapel Trail Management Change Letter
The text of the letter is as follows:
Dear Chapel Trail Owners Association, Inc. Homeowners.
Welcome to the Pointe Management Group family. Your Board of Directors has selected our firm as your new management company, commencing November l, 2020. Pointe Management Group, Inc. has been servicing communities such as yours for over 20 years. We also service numerous communities in Chapel Trail. Our commitment to excellence will ensure that your needs as homeowners will be attended to in an efficient and timely manner.
Pointe Management Group, Inc. will be responsible for overseeing all the common areas of Chapel Trail. Furthermore, we will be responsible for the accounting and other clerical work required by Chapel Trail.
We are in the transition phase from GrandManors, your previous management company, and as such, we do not have all the records of the property as of yet. We anticipate the complete records transfer by mid-November.
The office located at 18501 Pines Boulevard, Suite 201, Pembroke Pines, Florida 33029, will be open once again, Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. for the Chapel Trail Owners Association, Inc. business.

If you have not made your last quarterly payment, please mail your payment to the address on this letterhead or to the Pembroke Pines office. In the near future, you will receive correspondence of the 2021 Budget as well as coupons and payment options.
Pointe Management Group will be happy to assist you with any concerns that you may have regarding the community via the above telephone number and e-mail addresses.
We also provide a 24-hour emergency service should it become necessary. The emergency service can be accessed by calling the previously mentioned telephone numbers and following the instructions on the message.
