Chapel Trail Communities

Within the Chapel Trail community (Chapel Trail Owners Association), there are 19 smaller communities (subdivisions) that make up 17 sub-associations, ranging in size from 83 to 500 units.  Pasedena III / Pasedena IV form a single local association as do Kensington / Kensington Park.  The first homes were built in the late 1980’s, with build out in the late 1990’s.
